A. hi as a child is one year old ,you can give external milk like cow's milk to your child. I would suggest to give cow's A2 milk. it is safe and easily digestible. you can give it around 250 to 500ml per day. I mean ,one cup at morning time in breakfast and second time before sleep at night.
