#asktheexperts Hi Doctor, my baby is 1 year and 5 months old, She has Urine infection from last month, we have gave IV antibiotics and till last sunday we have gave her oral antibiotics, Now we have take urine culture test as per her doctor instruction. Report says "Occasional pus cells and gram negative bacilli seen. Scanty growth of urethra commensal" what does it mean. she still has infection. Before infection I use one diaper for whole night, after infecfion I used change diaper 4 hours once. Is diaper is the reason for urine infection
