#asktheexperts hi doctor.. i hv two months old daughter.. she is being breastfeeded as well as bottle feeded.. i m facing one problem.. after drinking milk and burping for half an hour she spills out milk after an hour which disturbed her sleep. And i am also in doubt as to how much ml of milk to be given to her at one time??

Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
Give ultra D3 drops
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
