#asktheexperts hi doctor, I have hairfall after my baby and having strarch marks. is there any solution? I haven't got my periods yet.what should I do?

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for hair fall you shouod eat salads and protein in your diet. Drink lots of water. Oil your hair regularly and wash with mild shampoo twice a week. Keep them.toed as much as possible. For stretch marks apply mederma cream or bio oil. ALSO go for home remedies like coconut oil, aleo Vera gel, or lemon juice etc. Lemon juice is a natural bleaching agent and helps even out skin tone..
