hi doctor, i have a 4 and half months baby. she has cold, cough, runny nose, sore throat from 1 week. I went to a clinic nearby on Saturday and giving her the medicines prescribed by the doctor (I've attached a snipshot of the prescription )
I've noticed that after we started the medication, she isn't passing urine as she used to. Example - the diaper worn at 10pm was dry even at 8 in the morning. or the one worn at 12pm is dry even at 6pm.
my mother says it is normal as baby is unwell. but I'm worried. could you please advise on what can be done.
meanwhile, baby still has cold cough sore throat

If your baby is younger than 6 months and produces little to no urine in 4 to 6 hours, or if your toddler produces little to no urine in 6 to 8 hours, they may be dehydrated
