#asktheexperts Hi doctor I have 10 months old girl baby. she sleeping long time at day time... so I can't feed food that time... but she playing full night... how I change her sleeping time.

A. hi dear Mum keep your babys days bright and active play with your baby for a bit between feedings. keep nights dark and boring – feed your baby and put him right back to sleep in a dark room. This will help to gently shift your baby’s circadian rhythms.

A. Stick to a consistent bedtime routine playing a quiet game. giving her a bath. changing your baby into her pyjamas. reading her a bedtime story. singing her a lullaby. giving her a gentle massage. tucking her in and kissing her goodnight.
