#asktheexperts hi doctor I got fever last night is there any problems to have dolo medicine because of feeding my baby is 2 months and 19 days old

A. no problem paracetamol is safe during feeding period. If you need to take antibiotics or other medicine, just check with your doctor first. it’s still important to make sure you wash your hands often, avoid coughing or sneezing near your baby

A. Paracetamol passes into the breastmilk in minor quantities which has negligible effects on a child and hence Dolo 650 can be taken during breastfeeding.
