#asktheexperts hi doctor.. How many meals for baby of 18 month old.. Which product main good for baby of this age. Is this cerealac good for giving? How much amount of milk on this tym period?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, for 18 months old baby, give 5 meals in a day and up to one katori every time. this should include 2 healthy snacks in between. give 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
avoid giving any sort of commercially available packaged foods like cerelac.
