#asktheexperts Hi doctor, after few days my daughter is suffering from constipation and stool very hard...plz tell me solutions this problem.

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 1 m old boy3 months agoA. Hi mom increase the water intake and fiber rich food like papaya pear plum prunes cabbage palak carrots etc in diet to give relief from constipation. u can give muout powder if the constipation is severe
