#asktheexperts Hi Doc, My baby is 10 months old , she wakes up every 1 to 2 hours night and if i feed her milk or water she will drink sleep quietly. in case i try to calm her without giving her milk or water she start crying. How to handle her not sure why she is not having long sleep.

A. dear mom. they mostely wake up due to hunger. .so just feed her bm or fm on demand .. give 3 meals n 1 snack aday,add ghee, dry fruit powder in her food.
