A. Hey! Exclusively breastfed babies sometimes do not pass stools even for a week. It is normal as long as the baby is healthy and active and not showing any discomfort symptoms. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand. Do cycling moments with both baby legs to stimulate digestion. Use Babyhug tummy roll on for your baby.
