#asktheexperts Hey I have a 2 months old baby girl She doesn’t sleep for 12-14 hours in a day Once she wakes up by 11am then she directly sleeps by 2am or 3am I don’t know what to do What could be the reason

A. If your child is sleeping for minimum 8 to 10 hours in a day then that is good enough there is no compulsion that the child has to sleep for 14 to 16 hours in a day every child has its own sleeping capacity is the minimum requirement any age is 8 to 10 hours
