#asktheexperts hey dr my daughter is almost 8 months old and has cough and cold since 1 week I hv gave her Sinarest and levolin syrup twice a day but not relief completely she also has mucus with cough n has sound likh ghar ghar and nose is blocked when she sleep what can.I do ? Plz suggest

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetigte irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve thfe symptoms.
