#asktheexperts hey dr. as my daughter is 3 months now.. I want to start milk rather than mine. As soon I need to join my job. Please suggest which milk will be good. which Formula milk?

A. Similac Advance would be a good option for you to use you can start with at least 60 to 90 ML to see how well is your child accepting and add some fennel seeds into water that you boil for making formula which will help in digestion will help in reducing gas and constipation issues
