#asktheexperts hey doctor my son is 2 yr 7 m old maam can we give some protein drink like complain Horlicks or else something yes or no my son weight is 12.6 is it ok?

A. hi mom weight seems to be fine weight is a range check activity level as well give good proteins in diet milkshakes lassi curd rice soup rice add nuts powder in milk
