#asktheexperts helo sir, my baby was twice attacked with pneumonia at age if 3 months and 6 months. my in laws feed her Bananas always. She is 21 months old now. Is that safe for her,if yes what quantity should I give her in a day

Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. bananas are a very good source of fibre and are a highly energy giving food. but if you are worried that baby will fall sick or will be prone to it then reduce the frequency and quantity. give the elakki banana which small. that will not cause cold or cough as opposed to the larger ones. limit it to one per day at max. if she has cold or cough then totally avoid for a few days.
