#asktheexperts helo doctor meri beti one year and one month ko hai but she is not eating properly for some days what to do... she only eats curd rice etc pl tell. how to increase her apitite so that she eats properly

A. infant at this age.fussy or picky eaters. They will go through phases, sometimes they eat good n sometime reduces. try offering him variety of new foods, add little bit jeeta, ajwain black pepper in her food to increase digestive juice.

A. good evening you may continue giving curd to the child apart from that I will recommend you to also include butter milk nimbu pani and mosmi juice in the every day diet of the child to increase the appetite
