#asktheexperts hello Sir My son's sleeping pattern is very unusual.Sometimes he sleep whole day & sleep whole night.Sometimes he sleep whole day & 3-4 hr in night. Please suggest me the way to improve his sleeping pattern. Thanks Sir Regards Sandhya Suman

Mam for six months to 1 year of age there is no specific sleep pattern for the child which is why I am just going to advise you to just take it as a normal behaviour of the child as they do not have any proper sleep pattern so no need to worry about this is absolutely normal as per the age of your child
