Q.

#asktheexperts hello sir. my son is 9 months completed. can u suggest what kind of lunch and fruits and vegetables can give to him. currently I am given moongdal and rice on lunch time. morning and night given idly and sambar afternoon given boiled carrot.

A. hello. don't give the same food daily. offer more verity in routine, give veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, sweet potato,pumpkin puree Give Ragi , makkhana, khichdi,rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats. Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.

A. good evening I would recommend you to try to give your child lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables you should introduce all kinds of pulses to the child not respect only to moong dal you should give daal chawal roti vegetable milk and milk products
