Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. the child is having urinary tract infection and the bacteria name is E coli and you have already got the sensitivity pattern so you have to give antibiotics which is sensitive for at least 14 days and repeat a urine culture after that to see that the urine culture is negative
