Q.

#asktheexperts hello, sir, my baby is 1yr 3month old, she has 103 degre temperature, doctor gives me ROXITHROMYCIN oral suspension, after for some hour the temp. reduce, but in the evening the temp. 103,along with some diarrhea, can i give colistin sulphate oral suspension with that antibiotics.

A. no if your doctor has prescribed this medicine than go ahead can administer this medicine but it is not advisable to uxse any medicines without medical consultation because they have got side effects. it is advisable that you should visit your doctor for that. how to take a particular medicine and the dosage will be told by your doctor. so kindly avoid self medication

A. Your doctor must have advised the medicines on the basis of the diagnosis that they made so it would be better that you do not give any medicine from your own side if your child is facing any kind of a problem you kindly check with your doctor with that and then you can proceed what they advise
