ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, at the age of 4 and half months, you should not start to give water to your baby. you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. breast milk contains about 90 percent water and fulfils your baby's hydration needs.
