#asktheexperts Hello sir, I am consultant ophthalmologist, my son is 1 year old now and I have started giving him cow milk since 15 days, he is having hard stools, Bristol stool chart type 1. please give suggestions on continuing cow milk, he is talking around 700ml cow milk per day with adequate meals and water
