#asktheexperts Hello Sir, I am a mother of twin children. My child is 5 years old. He has been passing white pooped since last night. What is the reason for this and please tell me the solution.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. white colour / greyish white stool can be a normal phenomena many times when the child is taking formula milk.
in other cases you will have to rule out some liver pathology which might be causing this problem. if it continuous beyond 3 days it cis advisable to get a stool examination and urine examination along with physical examination by the doctor

it could be reaction of food or Medicine or infection
so if child is showing other symptoms like fever, irritability, low apetite, vomiting, frequent stomach pain etc then please visit your pediatrician
