#asktheexperts hello sir currently dhwnit ka wait 12 kg and mera question hai ki dhwnit ka weight gain nhi ho rha h , khana and fruits sb time se leta h but uska fat increase nhi ho rha h suggest me mujhe uski diet mei kya add Krna chahiye

A. hello dear mum , nutrient deficiency like iron , zinc can affect wt gain so consult doctor give a balanced diet variety of food groups protein source in every meal from legumes , beans dal sprout, egg non veg , curd paneer , nuts oil seeds veg fruit for immunity

A. Proteins are something which are exceptionally important in the diet of your child so you have to make sure that you’re giving lots of proteins in the fat as well as carbohydrate which would be very healthy and good for the child
