Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. even if you are covid positive you can continue to give breastfeeding to the the the child and you have to just take care that you should wear a mask while in coming in contact with the child and also continue to do regular hand washing when you are holding the child

Yes , she can breast feed her baby but maintaining Al the covid related precautions
you should keep your self hydrated by taking some lukewarm water every half an hour I. the day time
don't use demineralized Water for drinking
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
