Hello ma’am If you eat nonveg then this is the right time to introduce egg chicken and fish to your child and for vegetarians you can introduce proper Roti sabji Paratha stuffed Paratha vegetable Paratha to your child from now on apart from that continue with whatever you been feeding to your child it is the age of seven months
