POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Yes it is fine,By the time they're 1 year old, most kids have between two and four teeth. Baby teeth eruption continues until about age 2 1/2, at which point most children have their full set of 20 primary teeth.
