Q.

#asktheexperts hello, my daughter is 13 months and still drinks 150-200ml milk in the night. she also drinks 150ml water and 150 ml milk through the day. us this amount of liquid normal or too much for her age? should I start weaning her at night? thank you!

A. yes, it's okay.. offer water around 250 ml per day. milk 450 ml per day. Give three meal and 2 snack a day Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand.
