Q.

#asktheexperts Hello! My baby is one year old. Can I start giving him cow's milk? I never gave him cow's milk directly as a drink. Can I start now? How and what quantity should I give? I haven't given him bottle feeder before so how can I give him milk now?

A. Hello dear parent! You can start giving your baby outside milk like cow milk or buffalo milk or packet milk in small quantities to check the suitability and for better digestion. Use Babyhug stainless steel glasses and bowls to encourage drinking milk. Try spoon feeding if your baby is unable to drink directly. The maximum milk requirement should be around 500ml per day.
