#asktheexperts Hello my baby is 8 months old after she learned of sitting she usually wakes up in the night and sit and play without not letting us sleep she used to sleep in the night good before but now a days she changed what might be the reason

A. Hello, your baby girl is 8 months old and she use to wake up frequently at night times and plays by sitting so don’t worry about it let her go her ways

A. Offer lots of comfort and reassurance — extra hugs and cuddles help. More feedings — growth spurts can be part of a sleep regression. Avoid over tiredness — stick to naps and consider an earlier bedtime if she seems extra tired or extra fussy in the evening.
