#asktheexperts Hello! my baby is 6 month and 10 days old. He has became very fussy because of teething.Some people advice to rub some honey on his gums. Is honey safe? or should I give him some medicine?

A. okay no problem hl dEruption of teeth is a physiological process baby will not have any Feverr and loose motions Please massage the gums with your finger apply dentogel on the gums of the baby

A. Yes, babies younger than 1 year old should not be given honey. Clostridium bacteria that cause infant botulism usually thrive in soil and dust. They also can contaminate some foods — honey, in particular.
