#asktheexperts Hello , my Baby is 5 months old, at night she wakes up every hour for feed, she doesn't sleep well, in afternoon also takes only 2 hr sleep, pls suggest for making her sleeping pattern well ,

To bring in a sleep routine you have to bring in a feeding routine You can feed your baby every two hours Your baby should be peeing anywhere between six to ten times a day under normal weather conditions keep a check on this to ensure he or she is getting adequate feeds. Don't feed the baby in the middle even if they demand Also follow the same timings to feed and put the baby to sleep everyday. slowly the baby should get used to it
