#asktheexperts Hello.. My 20 months old baby boy is not interested to eat anything.. He likes to eat curd rice himself.. other than curd rice he don't eat anything properly.. And also he don't eat spicy food, he'll starts to cry if his food has little spice.. What to do kindly help me out !!😢

A. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all. In between meals keep offering healthy snacks like fruit or vegetable sticks.Also make eating time enjoyable, interesting, encourage them to self eating.
