#asktheexperts hello, my 2 year baby girl is suffering from mild constipation from past 1 year, pediatrician suggested to give lots of fiber rich food but its not helping, what should i do to get rid of constipation permanently

A. You can give plenty of fluids to the kids that’s a very important thing during the time of growth or general scenario for good health hydration and reducing down the motion issues that you are facing with your child and make sure to include buttermilk as well
