#asktheexperts Hello, my 14 months daughter cries before potty. Initial potty is hard and similar to constipated one even though she does potty regular n has good water intake. What could be reason for the same?

I think it would be better to increase the intake of fibre and liquids for the child other than water also because that is going to help in easy motion because the digestion is going to be good due to fibre which content the motion is also going to be better
