#asktheexperts Hello Mam. My son is now 7yrs 6month but still now as per his age growth by body is not there why can i know and what should we feed him so development can be seen on him .

The child though should be used to regular family foods as such were try to include foods from varied food groups
include dry fruits eggs milk fruit milk shakes panner ghee
dals legumes such as rajma lobia etc
