#asktheexperts hello mam mere ko constipation me dikkat ho rahi bahut jyada tight potty hota h jiske wajah se bacha bahut paresan hota hai kindly kuch bataye iske liye

A. Hello good morning !! Include fibre rich foods, fluids in a regular diet - Banana,apple,orange, papaya,pear,prunes,grapes,curd,jowar,ragi and other cereals help in avoiding constipation. Have soaked dates or raisins water with an empty tummy ,warm water and walking for 5-10 minutes works well. Do tummy massage with warm coconut oil for 5 minutes daily .
