As of now would advise you to add some rock salt into mustard oil heat the oil and with the same oil when it becomes a little warm massage the chest and back and warm compress hot compress whatever is bearable and that is going to help in melting the cough from the chest and will flow out in the motion hopefully nebulising will also help
