#asktheexperts hello mam , I wanna know about the nutritional requirement of mother and also for baby. My baby is 8 month old.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement .
avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation.
you can also give rice preparations oatmeals, curd preparations, and daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided.
if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get satisfied by that and the child may not be interested in having other variety of food.
Important is that you need to give a balanced diet to your child with proper fulfillment of nutritional and energy requirements according to the age.for yourself too balanced diet is must.

Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein
Maintain hydration
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Stay hydrated healthy to increase your milk supply
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd paneer cheese etc
