#asktheexperts Hello Mam.. can you suggest me what can I give to my 1 year daughter with my breastfeed any formula or cow milk. ?? She is on my feed and can eat almost every food I give to her. I want to continue my feed too but I want to prepare her for ween off too so want to start something.

A. Cow milk can be given formula can be given buffaloes full cream whatever you would want you can give anything but instead of introducing formula for natural milk because that way you will be able to give it for a longer duration plus you can give it in the form of milkshakes and smoothies also
