A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenaghmic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .

A. Hi mom Fever swelling and rashes are the common symptoms after vaccination. Give medicine if the fever is above 100 F. Repeat the dose after six hours if fever comes again. It will subside in a day or two. Take care
