#asktheexperts hello maam my baby is 16 month old she still avoids food , whenever I offer her food either she throws out or say no, I have never done force feeding . she is on feed only throughout day and night. what to do

A. Baby needs to see the things from which they learn more so you should sit with your baby to eat healthy nutritious diet and looking at you the baby will get interest in eating. So you need to spend more time with your baby to teach your baby anything sometimes strict feeding for 1 to 2 days helps baby learn to eat
