#asktheexperts Hello Ma'am, my last period was on April 29th. I had spotting on May 28th and 29th. After spotting, I got a positive pregnancy test at home. I went to the doctor, and had a transvaginal ultrasound, but no sac was seen, though my beta hCG level is 527.5. I'm worried now and have lower abdominal pain. 😔🙏
