#asktheexperts Hello Ma'am, How to strengthen muscles of urination after pregnancy. many times I can't reach to toilet n the liquid comes out. I m unable to control. while sleeping i feel I m in toilet while peeing but when I realise I m in bed. how to solve this. please suggest Ma'am

A. Didn’t Your doctor tell you to go ahead with it right after your delivery because that helps in tightening up the vaginal muscles completely if your doctor hasn’t told you as of now I would advise you to go ahead with Keagle exercise it will come to know more about it you can find videos on YouTube or Google follow them and start exercises
