#asktheexperts hello.. I have a baby who’s age is 6 months now and since the c section I have got my periods on monthly basis and I’m breastfeeding too.. usually ppl say that when u r brstfding ur baby u won’t get periods.. but in my case it’s different. So it that a problem?? Getting periods even while breastfeeding ??

Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, This is perfectly normal dear. Don't worry. Some gets period soon and some gets after few months irrespective of exclusive breastfeeding. This is natural and normal. Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed. Have Dashmularishta post pregnancy for good strength.
