#asktheexperts hello i am a mom of one year old baby girl i am very weak and want to gain some good weight what diet should i follow?my baby is still breastfeeds.

Hello,it's normal in many breast-feeding mother's that they don't gain weight while they breast-feed,so when you stop breast-feeding you will gain weight and sometimes it's also in genes that if you are slim from the beginning then may be after stopping breast-feeding you will then also don't gain weight.
