#asktheexperts hello how to wean off midnight wakings .. I have gradually started weaning off my 18m in the day time.And even while sleeping. However, during midnight wakings he doesn't seem to sleep with water,patting, rocking n cries for bf.kindly advise

ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist2 weeks agoA. hi mom give good food for dinner mix veg dal khichdi with ghee curd rice paneer parathas soft parathas with dals before sleeping give 1 cup cows milk in night if he gets up can give cows milk
