#asktheexperts hello dr. my baby is 12 days now, i m giving him breastmilk as well as formula milk too as his hunger is not completing on only bm...for now m giving him 30ml formula milk so can we increase this amount or when should we start giving extra fm? and can we use bottle to feed fm?

A. Yes, you can use bottle to feed formula milk. During the first few weeks, the baby might drink an average of around 70 ml of formula in one feed. Between the first 2 weeks and 2 months, the baby would consume around 75-105 ml in each feed.
