Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. they appear to be skin eruptions due to either viral infection or due to allergic skin and sensitive skin.
most of the times they will go away on their own without any treatment. do not apply anyd lotion cream or powder which might cause allergy
if there are any discharge present then you can apply t bact cream.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. You can apply calamine lotion as of now that should be helpful sometimes you do heat in the body some kids can have little bit of pimples on their face so you can apply it regularly that should really be benefiting
